This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out the terms under which Jobzy processes personal data on behalf of its users and business partners. This agreement applies to all processing activities performed by Jobzy in connection with the services provided through our platform, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Jobzy processes personal data including names, contact information, payment details, service booking records, and usage analytics. Processing activities include account management, service booking facilitation, payment processing, customer support, and service improvement analytics. Data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) unless otherwise specified.
Jobzy implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, access controls, staff training, incident response procedures, and regular backups. We review and update our security measures regularly.
Jobzy may engage sub-processors to assist in providing services. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that provide at least the same level of data protection as this agreement. Current sub-processors include cloud hosting providers within the EEA, payment processing services, and analytics providers. We maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors and will notify you of any changes.
Jobzy supports the exercise of data subject rights under GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. We will assist you in responding to data subject requests and will notify you without undue delay of any data subject requests received directly.
